Imagination Network provides AI-powered avatar video creation services, including:

• Custom avatar video ads
• Script writing and copywriting
• Video editing and production
• Marketing consultation services
• Content delivery in various formats (9:16, 16:9)

3. Service Packages and Pricing

Payment Terms

• All prices are listed in USD
• Payment is due upfront before work begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Monthly packages are billed on a recurring basis
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice for monthly subscriptions

Refund Policy

• One-time packages: Refunds may be issued before work begins. Once work has commenced, refunds are not available but revisions are provided as specified in your package
• Monthly packages: You may cancel at any time, but no partial refunds are provided for the current billing period
• All refund requests must be submitted in writing to our support email

4. Project Timeline and Deliverables

Delivery Times

• First draft delivery: Typically 48 hours for most projects
• Final delivery: Within the timeframe specified in your package or agreement
• Timelines may be adjusted for complex projects or during high-demand periods

Revisions

• Each package includes a specified number of revision rounds
• Revisions must be requested within 14 days of delivery
• Additional revisions beyond your package allocation may incur extra fees
• Major scope changes are not considered revisions and require a new project agreement

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Client Content

• You retain ownership of all content you provide (logos, brand assets, scripts you write)
• You grant us a license to use your content solely for the purpose of creating your deliverables

Deliverables

• Upon full payment, you receive full commercial usage rights to your delivered videos
• You may use the videos for advertising, social media, websites, and other marketing purposes
• You may not resell, redistribute, or claim creation of the videos

Portfolio Use

• We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise
• If confidentiality is required, please inform us in writing before the project begins

6. Client Responsibilities

To ensure successful project completion, clients are responsible for:

• Providing clear project requirements and necessary assets
• Responding to revision requests and communications in a timely manner
• Providing feedback within the agreed revision period
• Ensuring all content provided does not infringe on third-party rights
• Making payment according to the agreed terms

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our services to create content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, or defamatory
• Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Contains adult content, violence, or hate speech
• Promotes illegal activities or violates any laws
• Impersonates any person or entity
• Contains false or misleading information

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate projects that violate these terms.

8. Warranty and Disclaimers

Service Warranty

We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. If you are not satisfied with the deliverables, we will work with you through the agreed revision process.

Disclaimers

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE SPECIFIC RESULTS FROM USING OUR VIDEOS IN YOUR MARKETING CAMPAIGNS.

While we create high-quality marketing content, we cannot guarantee:

• Specific sales, leads, or conversion results
• Social media platform approval or reach
• Advertising platform approval
• Viral success or specific engagement metrics

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IMAGINATION NETWORK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Any damages exceeding the amount paid for the specific service in question

10. Third-Party Services

Our services may integrate with or rely on third-party platforms (YouTube, social media, email services, etc.). We are not responsible for:

• Changes to third-party platform policies or algorithms
• Third-party service outages or technical issues
• Content moderation decisions by third-party platforms

11. Termination

By Client

• Monthly subscriptions: Cancel anytime with 30 days' written notice
• One-time projects: Must be cancelled before work begins for any refund consideration

By Imagination Network

We may terminate or suspend services immediately if you:

• Breach these Terms of Service
• Fail to make required payments
• Engage in abusive or inappropriate behavior
• Request content that violates our prohibited uses policy

12. Confidentiality

We will keep confidential any proprietary information you share with us during the course of our services. We will not share your business strategies, unreleased products, or sensitive data with third parties without your consent.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Imagination Network from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your breach of these Terms of Service
• Content you provide that infringes on third-party rights
• Your use of the deliverables in violation of laws or regulations
• False or misleading information you provide

14. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
